“I started following The8thElementt on Instagram a couple of years ago. I enjoyed the information on chakras and the little slides Rachel would put up on her story! I finally built up the courage to private message her about a custom piece (which would be my first) I was anxious about having a connection. She took time out to educate me on how to care for my necklace, how to cleanse, and also which would be a great start. She responded quickly and accommodated me the best way she could.
