The 7 Chakras; the energy of life
The Chakras are the storehouses and transmitters of the universal energy, each of the chakras represent distinct frequencies within the universe. Essentially they are the conduits in which the universal energies flow to and from. There are many chakras but today we will focus on the widely known... 7 Chakras that are located along the spine from the base to the crown.

Each of the seven Main chakras offer a different perspective on life or any given Situation. Each being responsible for different energy ! Each Chakra receives, store, and expresses energy showing up in our day to day life - who we are, how we react, our consciousness, our relationships, our ego, our action, our self expression.. the list goes on. Essentially the health of your Chakras is an indirect correlation to the total health and will being you experience throughout life.
Meaning any blocks, restrictions, or an abundance in these energy houses Will result in an Expression of disease, discomfort, lack of energy, fear or imbalances in our emotional spiritual and physical bodies.
The first level of understanding the chakras is to become more aware of each of their influences, you move your attention away from the manifest, and towards the energy behind the events, where the real change can occur… Within you.
